Charter Standard Club Awards Nomination Form
| The Charter Standard Awards take place at county, regional and national level. The deadline for nominations to be received at the County FA is the 27th April with winners at county level being announced at the end of May and at regional level at the end of July. Winners of the county awards will receive a County Winners Pennant and winners of the regional awards will receive a plaque and a £100 Umbro voucher. The categories for the awards are:
Charter Standard Club
Charter Standard Adult Club
Charter Standard Development Club
Charter Standard Community Club
Charter Standard Club Coach
Charter Standard Club Administrator
